“ First visited Sleeping Bird shortly after they opened a few years ago. Unfortunately my schedule precludes me from being able to stop here. Today my schedule changed and we were able to come back. Sleeping Bird is in my top 10 coffee shops, if not my top 5. The espresso is superb and their home made syrups complement the drink perfectly. We also tried the Espresso Cinnamon Chip Blondie and the Brown Butter Chocolate Chip cookie. Both we also highly recommend! ”
